Senior digital project manager
Are you a skilled Digital Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum and a proven track record of delivering successful projects? At Lab Digital, you’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to delivery and ongoing development, all while focusing firmly on customer satisfaction and the well-being of our team. With your expertise in agile methodologies, you’ll navigate client expectations, lead impactful projects, and inspire your team to excel.
We are seeking a senior digital project manager who combines strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients. In this role, you will balance client expectations with agile practices, ensuring projects are well-structured and delivered successfully. From shaping impactful proposals to overseeing project delivery and ongoing maintenance, you will take ownership of the entire process, fostering sustainable, long-term client relationships and ensuring their strategic goals are met.
You bring independence, a strong sense of responsibility, and a sharp eye for identifying opportunities and developments with clients. Complex projects excite you, but you also value building trust and delivering value through smaller accounts. Working closely with a senior project manager, you will co-lead a multidisciplinary team, supporting their growth and well-being while driving projects forward.
Beyond execution, you will contribute to the broader success of our clients and organization by identifying new sales opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team. Your appreciation for digital design and understanding of technology’s strategic role will enable you to align projects with client ambitions, ensuring satisfaction at every stage. This role is for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing teams, and delivering impactful results.
A couple of years of proven project management experience of high-value digital (software) projects at digital agencies
Affinity with design / UX strategy
Knowledge of technological possibilities
Experience with Scrum and Agile working
A preference for 'wanting to realise'
Eye for detail, but the ability to make big steps
