application process
Screening your application is done by senior colleagues. We look at motivation, (code) and resumé. When we select you, there are 3 interviews:
1st interview - phone 20-45 minutes: To discover if we would be a cultural fit. We will talk about your motivation, what you are looking for and more.
2nd interview - in our office 1-2 hours: We will go more in depth about the role, responsibilities, your experience and skills. If it's a technical role, live coding will be part of it. For other roles it can be a case study or scenario. Usually with 1 or 2 seniors of the role you're applying for.
3rd interview - in our office 1 hour: Meet the team. You'll meet 2 or 3 other people, sometimes from different disciplines, who will be part of your team when you join. They will assess if you would be a good fit for their specific team.
Offer: If all three interviews are positive, there will be a reference check before we will make an offer. If everyone is happy, we'll sign and celebrate!
Sometimes we deviate from this process, for example if someone applies but appears to be a fit for a role that we do not have a vacancy open for. However, in general this process remains the same to ensure everyone is being assessed equally. If you feel you are not being equally assessed, please reach out to Vivianne.
