As Operations & Delivery Manager, you ensure the health, maturity, performance, and growth of the teams you lead. You lead project managers, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and oversee the quality of the work we deliver. Making sure we consistently promise to clients what we can deliver and deliver on our promises to clients.
You manage staffing, scaling, and forecasting across your teams and clients. This includes having a clear view on recruitment needs and freelance capacity. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on involvement. From yearly reviews, to coaching conversations to building long-term client relationships.
You are the bridge between our clients and delivery teams, helping align roadmaps, processes, and team capabilities with client ambitions. At the same time, you are closely involved in administrative control: keeping track of the invoicing process, financial forecasting, contracts, and project documentation. You also play a key role in guarding and nurturing the culture and values of Lab Digital. Whether through team conversations, daily collaboration, 1-on-1 coaching or broader organizational initiatives, you help ensure our way of working remains aligned with what we stand for.
You report to the Operations Director and work closely with peers across HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Operations Management to shape the future of Lab Digital.
