You naturally connect with people, whether they’re specialists, clients, users, or teammates. Your fresh perspective and ability to bring ideas to life help create strong, meaningful solutions. You feel comfortable with facilitating workshops and confidently present and justify your designs to stakeholders. You care deeply about delivering the best possible experience for users and aren’t afraid to voice your insights when needed.
You effortlessly balance the bigger picture with the smallest details, knowing that thoughtful refinements can take a design from good to outstanding. You recognize and share opportunities, ask insightful questions, and help our clients grow with smart and effective digital solutions. With your passion for digital design and strategic mindset, you ensure that projects align with client goals, creating strong collaboration and lasting impact.
At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
A degree in a relevant field (HBO/WO)
Figma, Miro and Adobe have no secrets for you.
A self-explanatory portfolio showcasing your work on digital products and services (e.g., apps, B2C and B2B e-commerce, corporate websites)
Experience working in both client and project teams
Ability to create well-supported designs based on research and insights
Fluent in Dutch and English
You need to be eligible to work in The Netherlands without needing sponsorship for a visa. This is a hard requirement due to minimum salary requirements for sponsorship that are higher than the salary range for this vacancy.

Starting salary of at least € 4.250 per month and with experience and growth, it can go towards € 5.500
