Job requirements

  • Experience in a (partly) similar position, preferably at a digital agency.
  • You have experience with the executive activities of the (financial) administration.
  • Affinity with figures and reporting is necessary.
  • You have good communication and cooperation skills.
  • You are thorough in the work you do.
  • You can read and write with Excel.
  • You enjoy working independently, but are also a team player when necessary.
  • Structure and carefulness are your middle names.
  • If you are going to apply for a certificate of good conduct, you will get it from your municipality.
  • You are honest and have integrity.
  • You speak, read and write fluent Dutch.

About you

We are looking for someone to take care of our administration. In the broadest sense of the word. From debtor to employee file and from invoice to report (of, for example, turnover, liquidity or productivity). Being able to focus is therefore important, but it is at least equally important that you enjoy working with numbers and have an advisory role. The work is very varied, from easy to tick off to complicated to sort out.

You are also flexible in the variety of things you do. In addition, you are looking for a fun, challenging job in a company that is growing in every respect.

A little more detail

As an administrative financial assistant, you are responsible for everything to do with invoicing, for both debtors and creditors. You oversee and control the entire invoicing process. You do this in close cooperation with your colleagues, but it is entirely "your" thing. In the meantime, you can manage expectations and afterwards you are responsible for the monthly or quarterly closing.

For accounts payable it works differently of course, but here you are the so-called 'spider in the web'. You work closely together with various colleagues in order to realise everything within the payment term. We like to keep our promises.

In addition, you contribute to and think along with the creation of reports.

To be able to do all the above, you are the contact person for our accountant.

Contact and cooperation will mainly be with our Operations Director and Managing Director of Lab Digital. In addition, you will also be in contact with our project managers.
